How We Evaluate Saunas

We source third-party EMF test results where available. For models where independent testing hasn't been published, we label them "not tested" rather than repeating the manufacturer's unverified claims.
Real Owner Feedback
We aggregate reviews from verified purchasers across Amazon, manufacturer sites, and independent forums. Astroturfed or incentivized reviews are excluded.
Value Analysis
We compare price-per-feature across similar models and flag when a premium-priced sauna is charging for a brand name rather than a meaningfully better product.

We built this site because we went through the sauna buying process ourselves and found the research unnecessarily painful — weeks of digging through conflicting spec sheets, warranty documents, and owner forum threads before feeling confident in a decision.
We figured that work should benefit more people than just us. So we turned it into a structured, searchable database that gets better every time we add a new sauna or find a better data source.
